Job description: inspect radiators

Was the charge fair? no
Comment: after days of playing phone tag,i was told by john or joe,that they would not come out to look at the job,because i have a home insurance company.and it cost him 50 dollars a day to run his van,even though my house is a 5 minute drive from his office.he lead me to believe that he would come and look,but after days of playing games never did,very unprofessional.
